You should never use dumps to prepare for an exam. If you do that, not only will your certificate be worthless, indirectly you also give others who actually studied for the exam a bad reputation. Imagine you got the certificate without actually knowing what you're doing and on your next job interview you have a couple of technical guys asking you really annoying questions. You wouldn't be able to answer anything and they would probably start to wonder how you got the certificate.
The best way to prepare is experience. To decide if your current knowledge on a certain topic is sufficient, have a look at the [Skills Measured][1] list for your exam. Make note of each keyword in that list that's not familiar to you yet, and concentrate your studies on that. Studying can involve reading a couple of articles, the Books Online, and trying it out yourself. You could also get a good book that covers your exam, in this case the books by **Itzik Ben Gan** should prove to be interesting.
